Prices exclude

  • Construction cost: materials, labour and contracting
  • Purchase of furniture, furnishings and accessories
  • Government fees and permits where applicable
  • Value Added Tax (added as per regulation)
  • Travel and accommodation costs outside Riyadh
Package questions

Common questions about pricing and payment

Published prices are a starting point covering common cases within the stated area. The final price is confirmed after a site visit, drawing review and precise scope definition, and is documented in a formal quotation before any financial commitment from you.
Payment is staged against project milestones: an initial payment on signing to begin work, then further payments as each stage is approved. The schedule is set out in the contract, and we never invoice for a stage that has not started.
Yes. Additional services after starting are priced as a variation order, either at the difference between packages or at the standalone service rate, and confirmed in writing before execution.
Prices are shown before Value Added Tax. VAT is added to the invoice in accordance with the VAT regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Design services are not refundable once execution has begun, as they are prepared specifically for you. Amounts due are calculated against the stages actually completed up to the cancellation date. See the Refund Policy for full details.
